What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Is It Safe To Use My Credit Card?

It's 2017, no one is safe on the internet. JK, all transactions on the Color Blanc Store are Level 1 PCI DSS compliant and offer 128-bit Free SSL certificate. In other words, yes all our transactions are very secure.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates depend on the weight of the products as well as the order destination. We try to keep shipping rates as fair and fast as possible. Rates start at $4 and we do offer expedited options for those who can’t wait for our awesome products.

My Order Won’t Go Through. What Should I Do?

If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos.

How do I place an Order?

Simply pick out what items you want, click add to cart, and check out. We’ll take care of the rest.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to be updated via the shipping carrier.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at payment@colorblanc.com. We generally process orders within 24 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.   

Do you offer returns?

We offer returns only on defective items. While we pride ourselves in our quality checks before shipment, sometimes we do make a mistake. To start a return, please email payment@colorblanc.com with your order number and a short explanation of the defect.
